Abstract：This paper provides a target of sustainable development of urban transportation.The dynamic mechanism of sustainable metropolitan transportation is explored.Considering reliabilities as decomposition parameters, costs as coordination parameters, decomposition models for reliability optimization are constructed for the multilevel transportation system.And the optimal scheme of transportation structure in Peking City in 2015 is simulated out by the models.Moreover, the countermeasures of sustainable development of met ropolitan transportation in China are also recommended.
